At Palm and Prairie Bookkeeping LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality, customized bookkeeping services for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Because our services are time-based and tailored to each client’s specific needs, we have established the following refund policy to set clear expectations and ensure a smooth working relationship.
1. No Refunds for Services Rendered
All services provided by Palm and Prairie Bookkeeping LLC are non-refundable once work has been performed. This includes:

Monthly bookkeeping retainers

Project-based bookkeeping or clean-up work

Consulting or setup sessions
Fees paid for these services compensate for our time, expertise, and effort, and cannot be refunded once services have begun.
2. Upfront Payments
Upfront payments for monthly services or packages are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion, less any administrative or setup fees.
3. Service Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services at any time by providing at least 14 days’ written notice. Any services performed up to the effective cancellation date will be billed accordingly and must be paid in full.
4. Satisfaction & Disputes
If you are ever dissatisfied with our service or believe there has been a billing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your invoice or deliverables. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue fairly.
