  • QuickBooks setup and support

All services are subject to the terms outlined in your client agreement or engagement letter, which may include additional policies and billing details.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form legally binding contracts to use our services. By using our website or contacting us, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Payment Terms

Clients will be invoiced according to the terms outlined in their engagement letter or client agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees or suspension of services.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services for non-payment or breach of these Terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information and documentation

  • Maintain proper records and backup of your financial data

  • Review and verify financial reports we prepare for accuracy

  • Notify us promptly of any discrepancies

6. Intellectual Property

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services or website at any time, with or without cause, and without liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota, Florida.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
